Indian Peaks Rental is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and adaptable rental sales and store manager. We will provide a bonus incentive on growth year-over-year, a competitive salary, health insurance, unique perks, and assistance with relocation.

**Salary ranges from $60,000 - $68,000 per year based on experience, and we will also offer a bonus incentive program on top of salary**

Here are some of the duties of this position:

• Monitor store performance through daily, weekly, monthly,
and yearly reports.
• Develop plans to improve store performance, coordinate with
the management team.
• Coordinate interviewing and hiring of employees.
• Approve merchandise stocking level and review equipment
recommendations.
• Prepare a strategic plan for the store.
• Prepare monthly and annual store budget.
• Review department expenses with appropriate managers.
• Maintain insurance and bonding policies.
• Forecast income, expense, and equipment usage.
• Train staff on the use of computers, office equipment,
and all counter procedures.
• Schedule and monitor all sales and support staff.
• Supervise all sales activities and observe day-to-day
operations and special projects.
• Review occurrences of overbooking.
• Update the computer inventory for all departments by
changing quantities available, deleting non-existent
items and adding any new equipment.
• Follow up with customers to thank them for their
business.
• Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers
throughout the day
• Keep log of delivery/set-up times
• Ensure that vehicles are maintained in a safe condition
for operation by working with the driver and collecting
completed safety inspection/safety checklists on vehicles



Requirements

• Management level experience in the rental industry is
required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sales and customer relation skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Leadership aptitude, strong motivator and negotiator
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Skills in delegating, follow up, goal setting, planning,
leadership building, multi-tasking, and teamwork
• Must be able to train and direct activities of subordinates
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience and offer
constructive criticism when necessary.
